Team DyNAmics Effectiveness Workshops

This half day workshop helps you understand what drives your team’s effectiveness using a specific performance measurement and reporting tool (Team DyNAmics based on Clarity4D). Each team member will receive a 20 question questionnaire which will be returned as a full team profile, giving you tangible results and a clear picture of where your priorities for development in the business lie.

The questionnaire is separate to the Personal Development questionnaire above and can be  created independently to it. Team DyNAmics offers a measurable way to understand, on a more “data-based” level, where a team can improve. It helps address four questions that often form off the back of a Clarity4D Team Development Workshop:

  • What observations can you make from this team?
  • What are it’s strengths
  • What are they development points for them and you to work with?
